How do I set up my voicemail and access its features?

When assigned a voicemail box, the default password is: 1234 [Since this is commonly known it should be changed as soon as possible.]

To check your voice mailbox you can dial the message center directly by dialing *97 from your extension or by dialing *98 from any other phone in the office, then follow the prompts.

Voicemail Shortcuts

Press 0 for Mailbox Options

once in "Mailbox Options"
1 - Record your unavailable message
2 - Record your busy message
3 - Record your name
4 - Change your password
* Return to the main menu

Press 1 for Old Messages

once in "Old Messages"
3 - Advanced options
- 1 - Send reply
- 3 - Envelope
- 5 - Leave message
- * - Return to main menu
4 - Play previous message
5 - Repeat current message
6 - Play next message
7 - Delete current message
8 - Forward message to another mailbox
9 - Save message in a folder
* - Help; during msg playback: Rewind
# - Exit; during msg playback: Fastforward

Press 2 to Change folders

once in "Change Folders"
0 - New Messages

2 – Work Messages
3 – Family Messages
4 – Friends Messages
# - Cancel

You can also access voicemail from within the office by using a browser.
Go to http://voicemail.jdm/recordings ;
“Login” is your extension and “Password” is your voicemail password.
