Are non-US citizens eligible for loans?

Borrowers who are non-US citizens may be able eligible.  These loans applications are accepted on a CASE-BY-CASE basis as individual borrower situations differ as well as overall credit risk and investor acceptability.

The following documents would need to be reviewed by the UW prior to loan submission (note: the UW may require additional documents post-review):

1) Verifiable Social Security Card  

2) Provide current/valid EAD card

3) Prior EAD card (same category required)

4) Provide any pending renewal applications

5) Document any extensions

6) Copy of Visa
